If you were charged in error, received the wrong deliverable, or there is a clear issue with fulfillment, contact us at contact@ai686.tech within 7 days of purchase so we can review it.
Approved refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Custom implementation work, strategy work, and completed service time are not refundable after delivery or active project kickoff.
